Amour Vert offers free returns on all eligible items (excludes items marked final sale) within 30 days of purchase. You can return your items in two ways:

1. In Store: You can return items purchased online at any of their retail locations.
2. By Mail: To return by mail, head to their Return Portal to initiate your return. You will need your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email or your packing slip. Please note that their warehouse system cannot process returns that are not completed through their Return Portal. If you do not use their process, your item will be shipped back to you.

For exchanges, they offer free exchanges on all full-priced and sale items (with the exclusion of items marked "Final Sale"). Please note that they need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If they do not receive the original item, you will be charged for the item(s) you exchanged for.

If you purchased something from one of their boutiques, they will gladly exchange or refund unworn & unwashed items with tags and receipt within 30 days of purchase back to your original payment method. After this date, refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged in the value of the current selling price.

Please note that orders shipped to APO and DPO addresses are considered final sale. If you need further assistance with an order, please contact them.

For pre-loved purchases, all are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If this situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. Once the dispute is confirmed, they will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item.

For sale items, they can be returned/exchanged in accordance with their standard return policy, with the exception of items marked as "Final Sale".
